H	Hello World on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shop assistants scare customers with their attitude - not allowing to touch clothes. The assistant was old and probably a loser in life. For such shops this is not normal.

This one is small, crowded, with very poor item selection. Even if now is sales season (I just bought a sweater from their online store) most items were at full price. You may ask sone guy with a tablet: how much is discounted this polo shirt? or these pants? No comments... I just went out, in a few days I'll be in the Barberino Outlet Center, this center has an excellent Ralph Lauren store

To begin with, the staff was somehow oppressive and would not let us walk around in the store freely to check the items alone. Secondly, I wanted to try a sweater which was just over my size, and it was impossible to try it nor to buy it, indeed 3 members of the staff were really not nice and where sort of judging me for choosing this big size (yet it was the only one remaining anyways). They did not let me try it and were really patronising. I'm shocked by the staff behaviour, I ended up going to Loro Piana later in the day which was my size (M / 48), which much better customer support.

T	Teoni Calaça on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far the worst customer experience at Ralph Lauren that I’ve ever had! The vendors need to be better trained and learn the basics of how to treat customers. My experience: At the first day, I came to the store to buy some shirts (I was traveling in Rome and used all the shirts of my luggage before the end of the trip). At the entrance, a male vendor was VERY rude to explain that I’ve need to wait 2 minutes before enter… A second vendor came to accompanying me. She was very polite, she spoke in French with me during all the process of buying. In the end I bought 2 shirts and was quite satisfied with the experience. Unfortunately, when I arrived at the hotel, I saw in my bag that she put one of the shirts in the wrong size. So, I came back on the next day, and that was the worst part. The vendor was arrogant and not polite since the entrance of the store (same error about the 2 minutes wait). I’ve explained to her the mistake made by her coworker, and she changed the shirt without any thank you or bye. Fun fact: because of the rain the day before, the original bag was almost destroyed, so I was using a mango bag… She took the mango bag, put the brand new shirt inside and gave me back the mango bag. Not even asked or think in change it as courtesy. They completely ignore the fact that they are there to help us and made us feel welcome at the store.
