Il giorno della scelta è stato bellissimo indossare tutti quegli abiti meravigliosi con personale disponibile e premuroso (mi hanno messo a mio agio immediatamente). Ha vinto l'abito che mi ha ammaliata fin dal principio e ad ogni prova era una nuova emozione. Eleganza, professionalità, gentilezza, rendono questo posto unico...per non parlare della bellezza di attraversare Roma per andare a fare le prove! Il giorno del matrimonio l'abito scelto mi ha fatto sentire una vera principessa rendendo ancora più magico quel giorno. On the wedding day, the chosen dress made me feel like a real princess making that day even more magical. Highly recommended

J	Jennifer Bogo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono rimasta molto delusa quando ho scoperto che la commessa voleva vendermi a prezzo pieno un vestito della collezione invernale che dal sito risulta scontato del 50% (come da foto che allego), quando gliel'ho fatto presente mi ha detto che lo sconto era applicabile solo al modello in rosso che era terminato ma lo stesso vestito in blu non era in saldo, mostrando la foto del sito del vestito in blu scontato ha poi aggiunto che era un errore del sito, mi sembra strano che se fosse stato un errore dopo 3 settimane il sito riporti ancora il prezzo scontato....da un atelier simile mi aspettavo molta più serietà e professionalità, dato che si trova in pieno centro non oso immaginare che trattamento riservino ai turisti. S	Simona Irti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atelier Eme Roma Mai trattata così male da un negozio e dalle commesse… Sin dall’inizio sono state scortesi mettendo in dubbio la nostra parola (ci era stato assicurato che avremmo Trovato il vestito che volevamo, o che comunque sarebbe stato ordinabile (l’avevamo già provato)…ma così non è stato). Durante le prove non abbiamo ricevuto consigli o altro, nessuna stola o accessorio ci è stato proposto, e per finire siamo state caldamente invitate ad andare via chiedendoci se ci volevamo pensare….eravamo in tre e stavamo Per spendere più di 1.000€…. Solo la voglia di comprare l’abito da damigella ci ha spinto a spendere comunque i soldi, altrimenti saremmo andare via molto Volentieri senza acquistare nulla! Ah, ciliegina sulla torta, dopo tutti i problemi e le nostre lamentele, dopo il trattamento ricevuto, dopo più di 1.000€ spesi, ci hanno fatto pagare anche 5€ per la busta porta abito….. E' stata veramente gentilissima, super disponibile e comprensiva nei miei confronti. Consiglio vivamente. I don't know the name of the saleswoman who followed me last night but I assume it's Veronica (that's what it says on the receipt). She was really very kind, super helpful and understanding towards me. I highly recommend.

In particolare Giorgia mi ha dedicato tutto il tempo di cui avevo bisogno, è stata attenta e premurosa, empatica e pronta a soddisfare qualsiasi mia richiesta. Inoltre ho visto un'ampia famma di abiti da cerimonia molto belli. Altamente consigliato se avete bisogno di supporto e consigli disinteressati. Brave! Unfortunately I didn't buy the dress due to timing issues, but I feel I can totally recommend this atelier because of the professionalism of the staff. In particular Giorgia dedicated all the time I needed to me, she was attentive and caring, empathetic and ready to satisfy any of my requests. I also saw a wide range of very beautiful ceremonial dresses. Highly recommended if you need selfless support and advice. Brave!

I could’ve got a refund but when I called from them from the airport they were not helpful at all. The only thing I needed was for them to fix their own mistake and email me the corrected tax but they refused to do it.
