My Italian is very good and I understood her perfectly. She was rude and arrogant to myself and friend, then she belittled her own staff in front of other customers. Only due to her bityer attitude that I will not return to that shop. I feel sorry for the staff. You might want to have an attitude check on your manager there. Peace out!
