Beautiful shoes but I guess of poor quality, worn only 2 evenings and the heel broke. The owner's response was: “but the heels don't break”.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grilli has good choices for shoes and hand bags. Pretty reasonable price too. But I was not able to find the pair I was looking for. I Was told it sold out. I’m an international buyer. Chances of me buying the exact style I’m looking for from a shop is pretty much out of good luck. I recommend they have at least a catalogue If not an online shop. I just wish they bring back most demanded styles for buyers like me who don’t live in Italy. I gave four stars because I regret not buying the shoes that I really wanted when I saw it the first time thinking I will get back to the shop in three days time. I’m really willing to buy triple the price for this pair on the below picture if there is anyone out there willing to sell a size 37. I will definitely come back to buy again. Especially if they bring back the shoes I missed to buy last time whatever the price. The lady who works there informed me in October it might come back.

PLEASE NEVER GO THERE!!!!
I bought one pair shoes ON 27.02.2018 and just after one day, the upper and soles are cracked, I went to the shop and ask for a change, but they just don’t want to change the shoes for me and said this crack is just normal.
And, the staff even said bad words *in italian* to the customer.
For 115 EURO, JUST ONE DAY USE, CRACKED, IS NORMAL. ADN VERY BAD ATTITUDE.
So everyone will know the quality and service of this shop.
Please do not go there anyway.
