Purtroppo nella mia ultima ( in tutti i sensi)visita ho subito un trattamento contro ogni regola che intendo segnalare all'associazione tutela consumatori. Ho provato alcuni capi tra cui una tshirt bianca. La commessa mi ha fatto notare che il mio fondotinta aveva lasciato una leggera traccia in corrispondenza del collo. Di solito le commesse consegnano un foulard per evitare di sporcare i capi, ed in questo caso non mi è stato consegnato . Ma essendo comunque una mia distrazione mi sono scusata dell'accaduto e ho chiesto di pagare le spese della tintoria. Ma alla casa la proprietaria mi ha costretto ad acquistare il capo, del valore di 120€, che non indosserò mai perché non corrisponde alla mia taglia. Potevo girare i tacchi ed andarmene o intavolare una discussione... ma non rientra nella mio modo di fare.... Per un negozio che ho sempre considerato di buon livello una vera caduta di stile e di professionalità. I am a customer for years of this store that offers quality garments and taste. Unfortunately in my last (in all senses) visit I immediately suffered a treatment against every rule that I intend to report to the consumer protection association. I tried some clothes including a white t-shirt. The saleswoman pointed out to me that my foundation had left a slight trace at the neck. Usually the orders deliver a scarf to avoid dirtying the clothes, and in this case it was not delivered to me. But being my distraction anyway, I apologized for what happened and asked to pay for the dry cleaner's expenses. But at the house the owner forced me to buy the garment, worth € 120, which I will never wear because it doesn't match my size. I could turn around and leave or start a discussion ... but it's not my way to do .... For a store that I have always considered a real fall in style and professionalism of a good standard.
