★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst shopping experience of my life. The employees were very rude! Too strict for trying things on: 6 pieces per person in a very big Zara, your friend is not allowed to come with to help you decide...I left al my clothes i was planning to buy and i am never coming back!

Summer, and lots of great items, in this huge 4 floor open centre Zara department store, what a shopping experience, they certainly don't want you to miss out on anything, the levels are open and can be viewed from each other.
Great range, and great value for money!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND IF YOU GO HERE TO SHOP WITH A STYLIST - YOUR PLANS WILL BE RUINED BY ZARA ASSISTANT
I was not let into fitting room together with my client (I am a stylist). I grabbed a few clothes which my client was supposed to try on and took a separate fitting cabbin for me.
When I went out for 1 second to have a look at my client’s outfit, Zara assistant (same person who didn’t want to let me in with my client) TOOK ALL CLOTHES from my fitting cabbin and QUICKLY brought them away.
As a result, Zara assistant made me run and search 5 different clothes and shoes on the floor 4,3,2 and 1. Wasted my and my client’s time and spoiled our mood completely. I am sure it was done on purpose.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the largest Zara’s in the world! There are five levels that overlook each other and make this store feel massive! I was able to pick up some clearance sweater vest for 7.95eur, what a deal! They have a whole floor dedicated to men which is nice. Photos as of February 2020.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst Zara ever. If only Google allows expletives. The fitting room guy is racist toward Asians, and the cashier apparently knows our passports better than we do. Went back and forth convincing them a number '1' instead of a letter 'I', but in the end they put in 'I'. This resulted in our tax refund getting messed up. We indeed see the difference in customer service provided toward non-whites. Company culture must be fixed top-down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is very poor. The workers there are not really interested in what they are doing and being not professional at all. The building itself is nice. I would recommend also to make a better ventilation system or at least to open the windows because it is terribly difficult to breath and to hot even at winter time.
