★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really hated this place, the staff doesn't listen to you and is not helpful at all. You even try to speak their language and they make fun of you. Better to change their staff, or else they will close really soon. Do your shopping at Nike or another shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunatelly very poor shop. Uprofessional service, no assortment choice. My 8 years old son, footbal player, wanted AS Roma jersey - original one, no fake. OK, let's buy expensive one in original store. But what a pity! No single piece of his size in the shop. Shop assistants sending us upstairs and back 2 times, no real interest to help. At the end, no red, no white. Simply no jersey of our size :-( Same in AS Roma Shop on Piazza Colonna - no stock. Original store? It's a joke. African shop around corner has more sizes than here :-( So we bought unoriginal Juve jersey :-( and AS Rome has one small fan less :-( so sorry for that... manager, take it as wake-up call please!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. Came here on the 24th of December to buy 4 shirts and a soccer ball as presents for my family ( almost $500 in value). I bounced the soccer ball I wanted to buy once on the floor and one of the employees ( tall guy with tattoos) verbally attacked me. Left the store right away as I do not want to support this kind of attitude. This person has no clue what costumer service is and he should not be working in retail. I hope Managment addresses his anger problem and makes sure no one has to experienced this frustrated guy again.
Shop at the AS Roma store at piazza colonna. People are friendly and you can find the same things.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very polite stuff and always available for any help. Big choice of original merchandising and last but not least: inside the Roma store you have ticket corner in order to buy ticket for home and away matches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. We wanted to purchase articles for more than 100 euro. Then a discount of 20 euro would apply. My wife accidentally already paid a shirt for 71 euro since printing the name of my son on the back would take some time so they could already start while we continued shopping. So we asked that we could still add two additional articles just after my wife paid. This was not possible. Also not returning the shirt and get the cash bac. Nothing was possible, incredibly unfriendly staff. This is something you could get away with as a shop 40 years ago but apparently it stil applies here, even if It is being promoted as a top quality shop. After telling them we did not accept, they came back (long internal debate) with an offer of 30% discount on the two articles we had not yet purchased (which was of course lower than the 20 euro). This by itself could be acceptable but when we told the we had one other article of 15 euro this was not included (discount euro 1,50....) and we should be grateful for the "favor" they gave us. So we had to cancel the additional purchase I really do not wish a favor from them since it was not a favor at all. Really a pity since we very much liked the articles and Roma but being treated badly after having paid and being a Roma fan for more than 20 years gives a very bad after taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would never think that there would be so many people coming here into this place but once I saw it for myself I now understand because it is really beautiful. They literally everything in here. The all the jerseys and balls and all the equipment you need. The staff is surprisingly very generous and kind and really helpful. They really take care you here which is how it supposed to be.
