They are not willing to answer customer queries and donβt care if you buy there or not.
I immediately walked out of the store and bought 2 sets of shoes instead of one in another store within 100meters just because of very good customer service the way they approach the customer and present and explain the product to customer.
Please teach your staff some good manners.
