★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stupendo immobile di fine ‘800 ubicato nel centro storico di Roma, tra via del Corso e Piazza San Silvestro, vicinissimo ad importanti istituzioni pubbliche. L'immobile è costituito da ampi spazi, chiostri, scala monumentale. Attualmente è sede dell'Apple Store tra i più grandi d'Italia.
Superb late 19th century building located in the historic center of Rome, between Via del Corso and Piazza San Silvestro, very close to important public institutions. The property consists of large spaces, cloisters, a monumental staircase. It is currently home to the Apple Store, one of the largest in Italy.

Già sede di una assicurazione e del mitico caffè letterario Aragno al pianterreno (peccato che ne abbiano rimosso la storica insegna, un luogo frequentato da tutta l'intellighenzia letteraria europea del '900, inspiegabilmente destinato al dimenticatoio).
Home to an i-phone store, renovated with great attention. Formerly the seat of an insurance company and the legendary Aragno literary café on the ground floor (it is a pity that they removed the historic sign, a place frequented by all the European literary intelligentsia of the 1900s, inexplicably destined to be forgotten).

Brillantemente ristrutturato mantenendo i pregiatissimi materiali con cui era stato concepito il palazzo; è stato reso antisismico e sono stati inseriti impianti di condizionamento e sicurezza senza danneggiare a livello visivo le peculiarità e le opere d'arte che il palazzo conteneva.
Beautiful building recently renovated by Apple, now houses the Apple store in via del Corso in one part. Brilliantly restored maintaining the precious materials with which the building was conceived; it has been made anti-seismic and air conditioning and safety systems have been inserted without visually damaging the peculiarities and works of art that the building contained.
