★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On taking in a phone with a smashed screen my initial experience was very negative after they failed to inform me that I could simply access the phone and recover the contents by connecting a mouse and an HDMI cable to a monitor. Surely they should have been able to do this themselves. On returning after recovering my data they repaired the phone perfectly in 24 hours. Bravo. However they really should fix their 'slow' printers which cause needless stress for staff and customers alike.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice service! We are from Ukraine and visited Rome in Sep 2019. Huawei personnel was polite and communicated in English very effectively. They fixed the phone camera extremely fast the same day we left device. Special thanks to Alex for help and gifts provided! Great work!
