My problem (a dirty lightning port on my iPhone) proved to be easy for them, but I had failed in my own attempts to clean it and I feared being without a smart phone in an unfamiliar country (I'm American). The technician (Giacomo, I think) was very friendly and professional, explaining what he was doing and not making me feel inferior for not being able to do it myself. No language issues as an anglophone, and I didn't need an appointment (though the store hours are a bit tight by American standards, closing for lunch). I don't usually write reviews, but they didn't take any money and they proved a big help, so I wanted to reward them a bit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to change the battery of my iphone and they did it for just an hour. Service crew are very very accommodating and helpful, very affordable too. The store has 2 floors and they have all the latest apple products on the ground and servicing/repair on the second floor. Highly recommended!
