Il ragazzo che mi ha ricevuto mi ha detto che avevano disponibile solo lo schermo originale, che il costo della riparazione sarebbe stato di 119 euro e l'avrebbero fatto in 24 ore perché avevano consegne quotidiane.
Accetto il preventivo di mercoledì mattina, il giovedì pomeriggio torno per ritirare il prodotto e mi viene detto che lo schermo non era ancora arrivato, che probabilmente me l'avrebbero consegnato la settimana successiva ed il prezzo avrebbe subito una modifica in eccesso.
Mi sono fatto restituire lo smartphone come era stato consegnato.
Una totale perdita di tempo grazie alla disonestà.

I had to fix my smartphone screen, I went to them for convenience.
The guy who received me told me that they only had the original screen available, that the cost of the repair would be 119 euros and they would do it in 24 hours because they had daily deliveries.
I accept the quote on Wednesday morning, on Thursday afternoon I return to collect the product and I am told that the screen had not yet arrived, that they would probably have delivered it to me the following week and the price would have undergone an excess change.
I had the smartphone returned to me as it was delivered.
A total waste of time thanks to dishonesty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service. Completely scammed me and then blackmailed me to pay or they wouldn’t give me my phone back on the day I was travelling. Stay away if you’re a tourist. The company reply to say I wasn’t there when I have my receipts from my payments. Please stay away

Rude staff with no understanding of Customer Service at all.
I was returned my iPad with an incomplete job which the ‘manager’ Lana then refused to complete even after I paid full price.
Disappointed and nobody else should have to suffer the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The person working was helpful but either the tools or the expertise was lacking. I took my iPhone X to replace the screen and when I got it back- the screen was not fit properly, the volume button, the mute button, and the NFC wasn’t working. He offered to replace the screen back but I was traveling and flying out, so had to get what I could :(
I would suggest trying an authorised retailer and paying extra.
