Hanno ritirato erroneamente un documento di circolazione ad un padre di famiglia (il Kb collegato ad una patente superiore non ha scadenza, se non quella della patente!!!), costringendolo a non lavorare per parecchi giorni in attesa di riaverlo, e costringendolo inoltre ad un ricorso al prefetto o giudice di pace per non dover pagare una sanzione amministrativa redatta erroneamente!!! Mi vergogno di pagarvi lo stipendio con le mie tasse tutti i mesi!!!
Incompetent !!! They incorrectly withdrew a document of circulation to a family man (the Kb connected to a higher license does not expire, if not that of the driving license !!!), forcing him not to work for several days waiting to have him back, and forcing him to an appeal to the prefect or justice of the peace for not having to pay an administrative fine wrongly written !!! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una VERGOGNA. Non rispondono mai al telefono e non è possibile segnalare motorini e monopattini parcheggiati al parcheggio disabili, PERENNEMENTE OCCUPATO DA INCIVILI. In una situazione di emergenza io non posso ne uscire di casa di corsa a soccorrere il mio familiare in 104 perché la macchina è bloccata o non posso proprio parcheggiare e caricare o scaricare la sedia a rotelle.
A shame. They never answer the phone and it is not possible to report mopeds and scooters parked in the disabled parking lot, PERENNLY OCCUPIED BY INCIVILIANS. In an emergency situation, I can't leave the house running to help my family member in 104 because the car is blocked or I just can't park and load or unload the wheelchair.
