★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I discovered that my laptop wouldn't charge, I was nervous about finding assistance given my lack of Italian language skills, so I was relieved to find that the person there spoke good English and was able to quickly determine that it was my charger that was broken rather than my battery. I suspected that it was one or the other, but couldn't find out which without buying a new charger, which might not work.
