★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho preso un paio di scarpe in questo negozio e si sono rotte dopo due giorni di utilizzo...la titolare no mi ha dato il rimborso ne la possibila di fare il cambio ,anzi mi ha inviato dal calzolaio per ripararle ..pessima recensione.non andrò più da loro e mi raccomando non fidatevi dei suoi produtti .
I took a pair of shoes in this shop and they broke after two days of use ... the owner did not give me a refund or the possibility to change them, indeed she sent me to the shoemaker to repair them .. bad review. I will not go to them anymore and please do not trust its products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non faccio “quasi” mai recensioni,tranne quando rimango piacevolmente sorpresa, camminando per le vie di Roma mi sono fermata in questo negozio “Première”attirata dai capi d ‘abbigliamento che propone, diverso da tutti quelli presenti in quella via!lLa commessa che mi ha servito la signora Isabella mi ha accolto con un sorriso ,mi ha aiutato consigliandomi un vestito ed un paio di scarpe; che dire la gentilezza ,la competenza, la professionalità non si trovano tutti i giorni! Avete conquistato una cliente in più! Da consigliare solo per questo!
I "hardly" ever reviews, except when I am pleasantly surprised, walking through the streets of Rome I stopped in this "Première" shop attracted by the clothing items that it proposes, different from all those present in that street! she served me Mrs Isabella welcomed me with a smile, she helped me by recommending a dress and a pair of shoes; what about kindness, competence, professionalism are not found every day! You have won over one more customer! Recommended only for this!
