Sono riuscita a trovare l'abito dei miei sogni e la sarta è stata molto gentile e disponibile nell'esaudire ogni mia richiesta. Consiglio vivamente questa Atelier I bought a wedding dress for my wedding from Maria Laurenza and I must say that there is an excellent quality-price ratio as well as an excellent availability from the working staff. Mia suocera aveva ordinato un vestito per il mio matrimonio fatto su misura presso questa “atelier” con un anticipo di esattamente 7 mesi. A circa due mesi dal matrimonio e poco prima della partenza per le vacanze estive si informa sullo stato dell’abito e le fanno provare un pezzo di tessuto largo e indefinito. Le hanno detto di ripassare dopo circa due settimane che sarebbe stato fatto… Dopo tale tempo ritorna in “atelier” e riprova esattamente lo stesso pezzo di tessuto Dopo una settimana le fanno provare un pantalone che un pagliaccio era vestito meglio e una giacca che era veramente piccola e ridotta. Promesse su promesse a due giorni dal matrimonio le dicono che il vestito era irreparabile e che nn potevano far altro che darle una giacca PICCOLA e un pentolone INGUARDABILE! È stata costretta il giorno prima del matrimonio a comprare un vestito in un negozio. A tutt’oggi (7 mesi dal matrimonio) la “signora” Maria dice che lei avrebbe consegnato il vestito in tempo (ma sempre un vestito inadatto) e che non ha recato nessun tipo di danno. Nessun rimborso, nessuna scusa, anzi siamo in CAUSA e la donna continua a dire che ha ragione e a non restituirci neanche i soldi a lei dati per quel pezzo di stoffa mai preso! Un personaggio spregevole e da evitare se si vuole avere un abito! State lontani da qui!!! Ps meno di una stella non potevo mettere Nightmare experience! My mother-in-law had ordered a tailor-made dress for my wedding from this "atelier" exactly 7 months in advance. Promises upon promises two days before the wedding tell her that the dress was irreparable and that they could not help but give her a SMALL jacket and an UNWRITABLE pot! She was forced to buy a dress in a shop the day before the wedding. To date (7 months after the wedding) the "lady" Maria says that she would have delivered the dress on time (but always an unsuitable dress) and that she did not cause any kind of damage. No refunds, no excuses, on the contrary we are in CAUSE and the woman continues to say that she is right and not to give us back even the money given to her for that piece of cloth never taken! A despicable character and to be avoided if you want to have a suit! Stay away from here !!! Ps less than a star I could not put

The staff that assisted (Sara) was so helpful, sweet, and professional. The dress was a beautiful custom-made rental, and it satisfied everything I wanted in my dream dress. Every time I show pictures from our elopement, I get so many compliments on the dress! We highly recommend Maria Laurenza atelier!
