Per comprare un paio di sandali ho dovuto insistere con decisione per provare anche la mezza misura contro il parere della commessa. Al momento del pagamento ci ha fatto aspettare (negozio vuoto) 10 minuti davanti al PC con gli occhi fissi per poi dirci "intanto paghiamo e poi proseguo". (!)
A brand like this shouldn't have unsympathetic staff when you go for an exchange. To buy a pair of sandals, I had to firmly insist on trying even the half size against the saleswoman's opinion. At the time of payment he made us wait (empty shop) 10 minutes in front of the PC with his eyes fixed and then tell us "in the meantime, let's pay and then I'll go on". (!)
