★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During a short vacation in Rome my daughters and I visited the Gente outlet in Via Cola di Rienzo. Bad experience from the start.
The 2 associates followed us throughout the shop, watching us and never taking their eyes off of us. I tried asking a question about an item and I was ignored. I decided not to spend any money or anymore time there. As a retail manager myself I can attest these 2 have no clue what customer service is. Rude and arrogant attitude, they both require re-training and an attitude adjustment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful store. Amazing items. RUDE EMPLOYEES. They where very rude to my and my mom. I asked for a size of a shoe I was looking at and the employee just rolls her eyes... are your serious ???? Treated me like I wasnt going to buy anything. So I went to stone island, moncler and Louis Vuitton and bought many many things to show them to never judge no body. Pigs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did not have terrible experience with the staff other reviews did. However, we thought the place was a joke as a designer outlet goes: the prices are so high that it absolutely, most assuredly makes no sense to come here. Outlet is suppose to have bargains! This one is a graveyard of price tags.... just to give you an idea- Prada snickers cost 600 euro in their flagship store and one can buy it with 40% discount during the sales . In this “outlet “ the last season snickers were discounted 30% from the original price of 600. Please tell me how it is in any way a bargain? You will get a better price at the end of the season in Prada boutique! The same was applicable for the majority of items I checked. Take my advice- it is not worth a trip to this outlet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the stuff is pretty expensive but remember that your are still paying the brand/designer name. The selection is descent but not all the items are in pristine condition. If you know how to recognize quality in leathers goods, check the handbags and leather jackets you could find something interesting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There’s a room for improvement. Would be interesting to see last season collection rather than summer collection in winter. Also, it’s only a tiny room for men’s collection. It’s more like a tiny boutique of off seasonal collection with a 20-40% discount.
