Ho avuto recentemente a che fare con questa agenzia ed ho notato subito la professionalità di tutto lo staff, molto seri e preparati, hanno risolto velocemente alcuni piccoli inconvenienti e portato a termine il loro lavoro. Mi hanno proposto (e purtroppo fidandomi del nome Gabetti ho accettato) un inquilino senza fare alcun accertamento (questo ovviamente l'ho appurato dopo), ma anzi proponendolo come un solido imprenditore. Invece è risultato un nullatenente, moroso ormai da mesi e che mi sta procurando moltissimi problemi e perdite di tempo. Alle mie lamentele rispondono sempre che hanno altro da fare, che si impegneranno, che mi faranno sapere .... ma intanto la commissione se la tengono stretta. A causa del comportamento ambiguo e non trasparente dell'Agenzia Prati abbiamo perso un'occasione di acquisto di un immobile in vendita a cura della stessa agenzia da 1 anno. Mai più Gabetti Prati, per quanto ci riguarda. L'Italia è uno dei paesi europei con la percentuale più alta di compravendite gestite tramite agente immobiliare. Francamente ci si chiede perché, data la totale assenza di responsabilità assicurata a questa figura professionale dalla normativa vigente.
