L'ambiente è tranquillo e di qualità, tutto quello che si aspetta da un centro estetico. 100% raccomandabile! Since I arrived in Rome a year ago now it has become my beauty center. Highly qualified staff, always kind and punctual. The environment is quiet and quality, everything you expect from a beauty center. 100% recommendable!

Nonostante io viva molto lontano dal centro, faccio il viaggio volentieri per avere il top della cura estetica. La struttura è pulitissima e curata nel dettaglio, molto accogliente. Le ragazze sono bravissime, tutte. I prodotti che utilizzano sono di qualità eccellente, specifici per ogni tipo di esigenza. Cristina, la responsabile, è adorabile, cortese, attentissima alle esigenze di ogni cliente. Consiglio assolutamente :) Enchanting and flawless from every point of view. I have been attending the Maison for many years and I would not change it for the world. Although I live very far from the center, I gladly travel to get the best in aesthetic care. The structure is very clean and attention to detail, very welcoming. The girls are very good, all of them. The products they use are of excellent quality, specific for every type of need. Cristina, the manager, is adorable, courteous, very attentive to the needs of each customer. I absolutely recommend :)

Si sono rifiutati di pagare la tintoria (30 euro)... e niente scuse per il disagio!!! Che dire...sleali anche perché ho scoperto che le recensioni (quelle negative)su GOOGLE sarebbero oggetto di cancellazione, quindi altro motivo per non fidarsi.!!! Meno male che fotografo gli screenshot a comprova che il feedback potrebbero essere alterati. Segnalato a Google. Esperienza a dir poco brutta. Lack of professionalism in solving a customer problem. For damage to an item of clothing ... we had to call in lawyers. They refused to pay the dry cleaner (30 euros) ... and no excuses for the inconvenience !!! What can I say ... unfair also because I discovered that the reviews (negative ones) on GOOGLE would be subject to cancellation, so another reason not to trust. !!! Luckily I photograph the screenshots to prove that the feedback could be tampered with. Reported to Google. Experience to say the least bad.

But both never get 100% of the hair and I always need to do a touch up at home. This place used soft wax and it was a wonder! Got every last hair! It was a little more painful and I couldn't go out right away but this place did an absolute perfect job! Will definitely come again!
