★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was good and came pretty fast (we sat down at around 7pm). We ordered a salata mista, bruschetta and gnocci with a cheese/tomatoe sauce.
But the waiters weren’t kind at all. Don’t know if it was like this because we are tourists, but they seemed so annoyed although they just opened the restaurant..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stumbled across Alla Rampa at around 2pm for a late lunch. The restaurant was quite busy but the waiting staff were very friendly and attentive. The food was lovely and the seafood/pasta dishes were ordered were fresh and very tasty. It was so good we then came back for dinner the following day, definitely recommend to others. My children loved the spaghetti carbonara too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious food. We've taste the pasta and it was very well made. It close to Spanish stairs. A bit pricey but worthy. Give it 4 stars - first because the restaurant was almost empty and no one comes to take the order in about 15min and second because they taxed me for a bread that I didn't order, and didn't eat

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really can't explain how great this restaurant is. Very well located in Piazza di Spagna, facing the spanish embassy, behind Valentino. First you start with the decoration that takes you away from the city straight to country side, then to the wine selection, then the desert fridge with also a big selection for the end, and then the food. Food was one of the best things i have ever tasted in Rome. So first we stared with Burrata and prosciutto crudo, which was nice like everywhere else, and then we had the spaghetti All'Amatriciana, and the Saltimboca alla Romana, both with excelent quality and taste. Will definitly visit again. Highly Recommended ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unsure of why there are reviews of bad service and bad food. We were welcomed warmly into the restaurant and seated. The service was exemplary.Warm and friendly waiters. They made an effort to put an heater where we were seated,for my wife when she felt cold. We had vegetarian dishes and tiramusu. Food was damn tasty and tiramisu was spectacular.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here you feel at a proper Italian restaurant: white tablecloth, waiters in suits, local ladies with Gucci bags having loud conversations in Italian. Good wine served before you make your order. If you’re trying to touch the Italian soul, it might happen here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is not hygienic. The bread in the basket is dusty as show in the photo. I complained to the waiter and he replied " don't worry, is fine and safe to eat". I don't understand why people recommend this place. We asked the bill not to include the bread in the bill, they refused and charged us as he claimed that this is part of the table service.
The worst experience during our Rome trip.
