Both ladies at the reception were extremely kind to me all time, in fact once they realize they didn't have any Polo, as I pre-booked online, they offered me a Golf to a special offer that I couldn't absolutely refuse. I definitely recommend them, thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A month passed and I still havent recievew proper invoice - no answer on emails. Also the car they rent was other than i have booked few weeks earlier. Worse rental company i ever used.

On two items on the final invoice they charged us substantially more than indicated on the receipt they printed for us. The items were prepaid fuel and the location fee.
My email attempt to resolve the issue was not answered within three business days.
Moreover, when we arrived at the station we were offered a car for ~600€. After we told the lady that we had seen the exact same car online for half the price, she suddenly was able to make us the same offer. The 300€ apparently would have covered full liability insurance; but not even mentioning that there’s a possibility to get the same car for half the price comes across scamy.
