β β β β β Unfriendly people!! No service, arrived punctual and waited long than they said that i had to pay one more day for 5 minutes. 55 EUR for only 5 minutes.
Never again with locauto!!

β β β β β If in Italy I always use Locauto.
The service is absolutely perfect and professional, the cars are quite new and in perfect condition. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they never ask for un-necessary insurances, I always was very satisfied with the staffes at Bari airport, Lamezia Terme airport, Trapani airport and Roma.
I am from Germany and can recommend Locauto to 100%.
I look forward for next rental!

β β β β β To avoid!! As others have said they steal money from you. We rented a car for one day and returned it with the same scratches indicated the day before. They strangely went directly to check one on the back of the car, one that existed already and tried to fool us saying the scratch was recent because there was green paint on it. They are a bunch of unprofessional liars who steal from you. Go to any other company because this one will rip you off of your money for no reason. Avoid!!!

β β β β β As reported by others they ask you to pay for damages on the car without reasons. This requires a legal action plus a report to the Italian consumers association. I always rent cars in Italy but this time it sounds as something to be reported. Strongly to be avoided for saving money and time. Hopefully not all Italian car rental agencies are like Locauto

β β β β β Great Experience, professional people they explain very well the insurance condition, (others provider they push to subscribe their insurance). Car provided was a Skoda Fabia 1.0 benzina 75 CV with great equipment, considering the Fiat Panda booked it was a bit more value.
Great thing I want to highlight is that they will check car with you and give details explaination of damage already existing.Thanks!

β β β β β Do not believe reviews with a rating of 1! These are unfair reviews (there may be competitors). Although I had a problem with the registration of the rental (due to my fault), the issued car was new and the return was very fast and without any question.

β β β β β We have rented a car via Easy Terra. It was the first time we used Locauto. We found very nice and helpful staff in the office, open to our needs. We got almost new car with some minor damages - all precisely shown in the form. We had to leave the car at the airport before 8am and used the drop box. It works great. The deposit was returned within 2 or 3 days after return. I reccommend Locauto.

β β β β β We rented in Alamo provided by Locauto. We rented VV Golf for our holidays in Calabria. Received diesel vs ordered gas engine (so configuration was a bit higher than ordered at the same price of course). Everything went smoothly including documentation and car use instruction. Our assistant was Rosa so my special thanks to her. We haven't got any problems during rent. However we drive quite a lot we returned car without any new scratches, and with normal outlook after rent (dust and some sand from beach inside). Next day after returning a car I got email with information about releasing back money on my CC. So my note is 5/5 for Lamezia Locauto branch.
