β β β β β The staff can hardly communicate in English so it makes no sense to talk to them. Very expensive excess insurance in comparison to other companies.

β β β β β Maggiore car rent may be the worst rental company in the world! We landed a bit earlier than planmed, but they refused to let us have the car. When the time finally came, the credit card of the main driver didn't go through and they insisted that if my card is used for deposit, we will have to pay a fee of 20β¬ a day! What a rip off! No other solutions were give. After 2 more hours, a lot of stress and rage and several long distance calls that we had to make, we finally managed to cancel our booking with maggiore (and booked with the local Locauto - a company with a good service)

β β β β β Very bad experience. I was charged over 200 Euro for the alleged scratch on the front bumper, which I am not even sure if I did or not. I inspected the car when picking up but not in so many details. However, the staff could not show anything proving it. Also, they barely speak english, only one person at the counter knows some basics, the rest nothing at all. I Would NOT recommend.

β β β β β Very good experience. Professional approach to the customer. We received brand new car, really kind guy from parking check it with us and mark some really small scratches. After one week when we returned the car, he checked it and mark on the paper that everything is ok and tank is full. After that they released the blockade from the credit card and that's all.
Perfect, I recommend it to everyone
