On vient de me livrer une voiture (la troisième sans compter les péripéties : assistance, taxi etc) et toujours aussi désastreux : une grosse hernie sur un pneu. Heureusement que le chauffeur m'a signalé qu'il y a une roue de secours soit disant aux mêmes dimensions, manque bol les dimensions ne correspondent pas. A 1580 euros la location le service est pitoyable. Was ich natürlich nicht getan habe.unnötige Wartezeiten am Schalter wegen unnötiger fragen wie zB.Versicherung,brauchen sie ein navi usw.die dame am Schalter war freundlich . Die Abholung war recht einfach .bei der Rückgabe bekommt man kein Durchschlag nach dem der Mitarbeiter das Fahrzeug abgenommen hat somit hat man nichts in der Hand wenn später etwas in Rechnung gestellt wird.Budget nie mehr. Davvero minimo l'importo bloccato sulla carta di credito come cauzione, poi rapidamente sbloccato a fine noleggio. All right. No problem for the rented car. Good service offered. F	Flavio Simonetti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se avete prenotato su internet tenete quel contratto e non cambiatelo anche se vi fanno notare che c'è una franchigia altrimenti sono 400 euro di copertura per una settimana; prima di partire fate le foto a qualunque graffio. Ricontrollate il foglio 3 volte. Di più non posso dire If you have booked on the internet keep that contract and don't change it even if they point out that there is a deductible otherwise they are 400 euros of coverage for a week; before leaving, take photos of any scratches. Double-check the sheet 3 times. I can't say more

Non faccio una colpa a loro, c'è stato un nubifragio e molte persone hanno avuto difficoltà. Tutte le altre agenzie erano piene in egual misura. Un evento eccezionale che probabilmente ha causato molto disagi anche tra chi come me ha noleggiato preventivamente. Sicuramente si può migliorare il servizio, ma non mi sento di puntare il dito. Devo verificare meglio la mia carta di credito, sembra che siano state effettuate due operazioni con importi diversi ma simili. Per il momento posso dire che l'auto è messa bene, nuova e con il pieno (forse mancava qualcosina ma poca roba, non importa) Rented this morning at the airport in Lamezia Terme, after more than an hour of queuing. Mi hanno addebitato 170 euro per un cerchione graffiato che io non avevo notato (perché la macchina era tutta graffiata, pensavo di aver messo tutte le X del caso). Chissà quante volte è stato pagato quel graffio.. stateci alla larga o prendete tutte le assicurazioni possibili, sono veramente pessimi. Rude and listless staff. They charged me € 170 for a scratched rim that I had not noticed (because the car was scratched all over, I thought I had put all the X case). Who knows how many times it was paid that scratch .. STATEC away or take all possible insurance, they are really bad.
