★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although I repeated ten times that I do not want premium insurance and nothing else because I finished everything through the Rentalcar app they have put me on Premium Insurance by a fraud and they charged me for that 3 days after I returned home. The worst Europcar service in Europe do not go with them !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice guys and probably the best of the bunch among the car hire firms at Lamezia. The waiting room where all the companies are though is a nightmare and queues can be long. One of the few companies not to give it the hard sell and terror job in trying to flog extra insurance policies

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. We just dropped off the car and they wanted to charge us 300$ for a tiny scratch underneath the bumper. I was not aware you had to check underneath the front bumper before you rented car. I’m contesting the charges! Very disappointed in Europcar!
