★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The row at the counter wasn't so long, but it took ages, just for drop-off. One star because Hertz is the owner of "Firefly" that is absolutely the never ever option. The Hetrz's counter serves for Firefly as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ no inspection was proposed when we got the vehicle. Few minutes later we noticed that one of the tires' pressure was really low and we had to make it repaired. I am really suspicious about what would have had to pay if we chose not to subscribe to the super cover (which is super expensive)

Returning the car was a bit of a pain. Call ahead before dropping off your car so you know the proper route to take. It's a one way street that doesn't feel like the natural route to take if you don't know where you are going - this applies to all auto returns at this location.
