★ ★ ★ ★ ★ unhöfliches Personal.wuerde jeden raten nicht bei dieser Firma ein Auto zu buchen.wir hatten schon alles gebucht von zu Hause aus auch bezahlt,mit meiner Kreditkarte. und vor Ort wurde uns das Auto nicht ausgehändigt.so mussten wir zur anderen Firma gehen und konnten unseren Urlaub beginnen.
Rude staff. Would not advise anyone to book a car at this company. We had already booked everything from home, with my credit card. and on site the car was not handed over to us.so we had to go to the other company and could start our vacation.

Ci hanno lasciato scegliere il tipo di cambio della macchina senza alcun sovrapprezzo. La consegna dell’auto avviene in modo veloce ed efficiente. Prezzo ottimo per il servizio offerto. Accettano Amex.
Impeccable service. Upon our arrival the staff was extremely kind and clear in explaining the terms of the contract. They let us choose the type of car gearbox at no extra cost. The delivery of the car takes place quickly and efficiently. Great price for the service offered. They accept Amex.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do NOT recommend. They will cheat you: you will rent car very cheap then they will charge you for existing damages. I rent a car with a damage on right wheel (the damage was mentioned in my rental agreement!) and after I back to Poland they charged me for this (deposit of 500EUR has been not returned). They will not respond to your complaint. CHEATERS!
