Con una scusa hanno prelevato 140 EURO dalla carta di credito una volta riconsegnata l'auto, accusandomi di aver strisciato nientemeno che il COPRICERCHIONE (senza aggiungere foto in grado di mostrare il danno)! Oltre ad altri 10 EURO presi per pulire un tappetino... ti attirano con offerte imperdibili, ma finisci per pagare molto più che dalle altre parti.
 Worse than that ... With an excuse, they withdrew EUR 140 from the credit card once the car was returned, accusing me of crawling no less than the LID (without adding photos that could show the damage)! In addition to another 10 EURO taken to clean a mat ... they attract you with unmissable offers, but you end up paying much more than other parts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza!!! Ci hanno addebitato un danno dal costo di circa 700 € dicendone una delle sue!!! Leggendo altre recensioni vedo che purtroppo non siamo i primi e forse nemmeno gli ultimi!!! Fate attenzione, e cambiate se potete!!! ALLA LARGA!!!
Bad experience !!! They charged us a damage costing about 700 € by saying one of his !!! Reading other reviews I see that unfortunately we are not the first and perhaps not even the last !!! Be careful, and change if you can !!! STAY AWAY!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho preso un auto a noleggio a Settembre 2021 per due giorni, mi è stata data un'auto di categoria superiore rispetto alla mia richiesta, pulitissima, nuovissima e con tutti i comfort.
Le operazioni di ritiro e consegna sono state decisamente snelle.
Gentile, veloce e professionale Francesca in accettazione.
Unica piccola pecca che mi ha quasi fatto dare 4 stelle:
avevo prenotato il seggiolino per mio figlio ed era decisamente troppo consumato.
I rented a car in September 2021 for two days, I was given a car of a higher category than my request, very clean, brand new and with all the comforts.
The collection and delivery operations were decidedly streamlined.
Kind, fast and professional Francesca in acceptance.
The only small flaw that almost made me give 4 stars:
I had reserved the seat for my son and he was far too worn.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do NOT recommend. They will cheat you: you will rent car very cheap then they will charge you for existing damages. I rent a car with a damage on right wheel (the damage was mentioned in my rental agreement!) and after I back to Poland they charged me for this (deposit of 500EUR has been not returned). They will not respond to your complaint. CHEATERS!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They trick you into paying extra cleaning costs for a car that is not even cleaned at the start of the rental period! So beware. Contacting Autovia doesn't help either, your creditcards gets charged anyway. Very poor customer service.
