★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio pessimo e personale che nonostante in difetto alza anche i toni. Sul voucher segnalano che si può usare american express ed al mio arrivo la rifiutano senza darmi la possibilità di pagare in alcun altro modo il veicolo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Basterebbe consultare i forum prima di noleggiare. Io se l'avessi saputo avrei cambiato compagnia. Sono semplicemente truffatori: hanno prima tentato di vendermi l'assicurazione di famiglia, poi una fantomatica polizza guasti. Si, perchè se la macchina si rompe devi pagare tu. Ma stiamo scherzando? la macchina mi deve essere data in perfetta efficenza e se manifesta qualsiasi anomalia non posso esserne responsabile. Leggere il contratto assolutamente impossibile, parlare con un responsabile men che meno, Avere indicazioni sul perchè ho acquistato determinati servizi con il voucher e me ne trovo altri al banco. Sentendo puzza di bruciato non ho ritirato l'auto, e a leggere le recensioni, mi sono risparmiato un bagno di sangue. Sono ritornato con AVIS, che costerà un po di più ma per lo meno non mi truffano.

Quando atterro a Lamezia dopo le 24.00 trovo ufficio chiuso. Mi presento la mattina dopo per ritirare l'auto prenotata un mese prima.
Mi dicono che siccome non mi sono presentato la sera prima, la macchina non era più disponibile e mi hanno costretto a fare un assicurazione casco (??) per non perdere la prenotazione e mi hanno addebitato un extra di quasi 400 Euro. Questo nonostante abbia mandato mail per avvisare e abbia fatto chiamare dall'ufficio di Malpensa per avvisare. Senza parlare del fatto che il numero di volo era inserito nella prenotazione ed erano perfettamente consapevoli del ritardo.

When I land in Lamezia after 24.00 I find the office closed. I introduce myself the next morning to pick up the car booked a month earlier.
They tell me that since I didn't show up the night before, the car was no longer available and they forced me to take a helmet insurance (??) so as not to lose the reservation and they charged me an extra 400 Euro. This despite having sent e-mails to notify and have called from the Malpensa office to notify. Not to mention the fact that the flight number was entered in the reservation and they were perfectly aware of the delay.

All'ufficio di Lamezia Terme interessa solo cercare di far pagare ai clienti eventuali supplementi aggiuntivi come nel mio caso.Dove a causa di un ritardo del volo e quindi un mio ritardo di un'ora nel ritiro dell'auto mi sono ritrovato a dover pagare 460 euro in più per il noleggio dell'auto. Sconsiglio a tutti di usare la loro compagnia per affittare un'auto.
I give a star only because it is not possible to give less as a judgment. The Lamezia Terme office is only interested in trying to make customers pay for any additional supplements as in my case, where due to a flight delay and therefore an hour delay in picking up the car I found myself having to pay 460 euros more for the rental of the car. I don't recommend everyone to use their company to rent a car.
