★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented a Toyota Yaris from them. The service was great and fairly fast, but they lied to me regarding the policy and the prices. I found out only later that I was charged 100€ more. I gave 1 star for the service, 1 star for how clean the car was. The others, they don't deserve it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been subject of a racist discrimination from the agent working in the maggiore central station Milan. The employee was kind but once we showed our arab country passport she turned our experience into hell. As everything was organaized and paid in advance, She did not accept My international driving licence saying it is a little bit cracked (eventhough every word is clear and not touched). We were there at our booking time and after passing it By 10 minutes she told us she were sorry that we have lost our booking because the time has gone beyond the reservation. More than that she did not wanted to talk to the rental car’s broker on the phone and continued ignoring us while we tried to claim for our refund.
We have lost faith we went to a nearby company, results ? Driving licence accepted, booking done in 1 hour.
I do not recommend using Maggiore. The agents working in the central station are very rude and inpolite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never ever rent from this company the worst in italy we booked a car for 8 pm and their offices were closed even tho we came 20 min before the booking tried to call them the next day they started shouting at me on the phone telling me it was my fault i didn’t pick up and they refused to pass a manager since i want my money back he just screamed and hang up the phone on me very veryy disrespectful no costumer service at all

Anw i think it was my fault since i didn’t check all the bad reviews writen since there not a single good review .
Please be aware to never rent a car from them they will scam you easily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could have given 0 stars I would have. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a car rental agency. The lady at the reception was horrendous, very impolite and cold. Maggiore keeps inflating the initial price with a ridiculous amount of fees. At the check out the person in charge said all was in order - but a few weeks later they charged us for extra gasoline (although the tank was full) and for returning the car half an hour late. Finally, we never got back the difference between the deposit and the rental price (100 EUR)..
This company is obviously more interested in ripping off its customers than providing a good and honest quality service. I recommend staying away from these crooks.

Amazing customer service and are extremely helpful when there have been issues with my bookings (which isn’t often) I use both Avis branches depending on my bookings and I only have high praises for the competent and patient staff that work there!
