We had a problem due to a lack of information, however Marika was fair with us and try to solve the situation.
I think she did her best so, I recommend this car renting!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The man working in there was very nice, everything was professional. Also a civilised car rental situation - no hidden fees, no unwanted stress. Would rent again and return the car in this place if the opportunity arise :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Look out for these frauds. The basically stole 350e from me. After renting a car via booking.com I made a deposit when renting of 650e just as the voucher stated. After the rental they returned only 300e. I was trying so solve that via email but no answer ever came and by phone the empolyees suddenly spoke very bad english... After complaining to booking,.com it turns out they charger with extra insurance of some sorts that I never agreed to pay! Look out for your wallets and never book with these scoundrels!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 19/03 we paid 110€ for a two day rental plus 300€ as insurance. On 21/03 we returned the car and Massimo told us that the 300€ will return to my bank account within 2-3 days. Until now (12 days later) the 300€ are still reserved on my bank account.. bad experience.
Update 09/04/22:
The 300€ is still reserved from my account. I have sent 2 emais with no response...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a general comment on this ridiculous company, they will definitely charge you more prices than your rental fee!!! I have been reading all the reviews and experiences of other customers and I saw extremely crazy things about this company.. They will charge cleaning fees, damage fees, fine notification fees or anything else just to make more profit. They charged 180 euros under the name of “fine notification/handling fee(60x3)”. However, the notification mail stated that the government will notify the fine within 365 days. We still don’t know what the fine is about and what the violation is… They’ve just sent an email and charged 180 euros for 3 fines which don’t make any sense.. Additionally, the ridiculous company threatened me to file a lawsuit due to my comments on google! Are you crazy guys? Google reviews exactly work for the customers to avoid such companies like sicily by car.
