★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa officina sembra avere troppe richieste di assistenza rispetto a quelle che possa gestire. Sia l'officina che la via privata per accedervi sono occupate da auto. Le due persone che gestiscono lo sportello clienti, sono in grado di svolgere solo le classifiche routine. Impossibile avere spiegazioni e informazioni su normali procedure eseguibili in tutte le officine Fiat.
 This shop seems to have too many requests for assistance than it can handle. Both the workshop and the private road to access it are occupied by cars. The two people who manage the customer counter are only able to carry out the routine rankings. It is impossible to have explanations and information on normal procedures that can be carried out in all Fiat workshops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sicuramente disorganizzati e con poca attenzione alle esigenze dei Clienti, a partire dall'amministrazione/ricevimento (di una cortesia e disponibilità "uniche") per finire col responsabile dell'officina, persona assolutamente inaffidabile dal punto di vista professionale. Hanno accettato la mia auto dall'oggi al domani per un'emergenza (servo motore guasto), e me l'hanno tenuta per ben 10 gg posticipando continuamente la riconsegna, solo per far effettuare la revisione della centralina. Dopo miei continui solleciti me la riconsegnano con una fattura di quasi 1200 €, dicendo che han dovuto cambiare anche la batteria e fare la convergenza. Peccato che appena ritirata l'auto tirava a destra, e riportata in officina qualche giorno dopo mi dicevano "avrai preso una botta".......oltre a questo, e subito fatto notare, l'auto mostrava all'accensione ed in folle un cigolio mai fatto prima (della serie avevano dovuto chiamare la Casa della mia automobile, detto da loro, per sapere come smontare/rimontare la centralina della trasmissione.....), e riportata per la terza volta, sostenevano fosse un supporto del motore a causare la vibrazione, ovviamente non interessato dalle operazioni da loro svolte, peccato che mai si fosse presentata prima. Veramente una pessima esperienza: mi riservo di adire le vie legali per tutelare i miei diritti ed il danno causatomi da questa officina autorizzata fiat, proprio non multi-marca come si vogliono presentare.
Definitely disorganized and with little attention to the needs of customers, starting from the administration / reception (of a "unique" courtesy and availability) to finish with the workshop manager, an absolutely unreliable person from a professional point of view. They accepted my car overnight for an emergency (broken servo motor), and they kept it for me for 10 days, continually postponing the return, just to have the control unit overhauled. After my constant reminders, they return it to me with an invoice of almost € 1200, saying that they also had to change the battery and make the convergence. Too bad that as soon as we collected the car it pulled to the right, and brought back to the workshop a few days later they told me "you will have taken a blow" ....... in addition to this, and immediately pointed out, the car showed at ignition and in neutral a squeak never made before (of the series they had to call the house of my car, told by them, to know how to disassemble / reassemble the transmission control unit .....), and reported for the third time, they claimed it was a engine support to cause the vibration, obviously not affected by the operations carried out by them, too bad it had never occurred before. A really bad experience: I reserve the right to take legal action to protect my rights and the damage caused to me by this authorized fiat workshop, just not multi-brand as they want to present.
