Abbiamo parcheggiato la nostra macchina per tre settimane al prezzo di 149 Euro. Fine vacanze a causa degli incendi il nostro treno non è potuto partire. Siamo dovuti partire con due giorni di ritardo!
Per due giorini mi anno fatto pagare 47 Euro!! Vi dovreste solo vergognare approfittare cosi delle persone in difficoltà!

Da un controllo su computer non ci risulta quanto da lei scritto nei termini in cui lo riporta anche perché le nostre tariffe sono differenti ed il costo per 3 settimane scontato online è superiore. Probabile abbia sbagliato parcheggio al quale rilasciare la sua recensione. Cordiali saluti

Come gia detto... Se non volete avere sorprese e meglio andare da persone con piu esperienza e un migliore customer service Sconsigliatissimo!!!
 A real disappointment !!
We parked our car for three weeks for the price of 149 Euros. Holiday end due to fires, our train was unable to leave. We had to leave two days late!
For two days I was charged 47 Euros !! You should only be ashamed to take advantage of people in need in this way!

What an answer .... Is this how you treat your customers? Oh wrong to write the review! ....? Luckily I still had the receipt !! At least show everyone how you treat your customers! To be ashamed ....
As already said ... If you do not want to have surprises it is better to go to people with more experience and better customer service. Not recommended !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lascio una stella perché -100 non se ne possono mettere, non fidatevi a lasciare la macchina a loro, a parte che sono cari, prima cosa 88 euro per 4 notti, seconda cosa arrivato un po’ in anticipo il dipendente mi fa “avvisare no eh” in maniera molto maleducata, e come ciliegina sulla torta UN BEL DANNO DA 700 euro? e si sono presi la propria responsabilità? La risposta è no! Quindi mio giudizio sul parcheggio molto ma molto sconsigliato, l’unica nota positiva la vicinanza alla stazione però se essere vicini alla stazione vuol dire farsi danneggiare la macchina a gratis la prossima volta mi faccio 10 minuti in più a piedi piuttosto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Garage Sammartini is conveniently located next to Milan's main train station. I recently used its online booking services to book and pre-pay a parking spot for three days without an issue. At arrival, I was greeted by friendly staff that instructed me (in English) where to temporarily park while the valet whisked the car away. The entire process took less than 10 minutes, and I was able to catch my train on time. Upon return, and although this was the busiest time of day, I was also able to retrieve my car in about 5 minutes without delay. This is a safe, clean and roofed parking garage staffed by professionals and I would definitely recommend it.
