Che dire non bastano neanche 5 stelle per definire la professionalità e puntualità che mi hanno offerto in questa carrozzeria.(l auto sembra appena uscita dalla concessionaria). Vorrei ringraziare tutti ma in particolar modo Giovanni che ha reso tutto questo possibile. Se volete trovare degli ottimi carrozzieri affidatevi a loro. I brought my jeep renegade because of the hailstorm. What can I say, even 5 stars are not enough to define the professionalism and punctuality that they offered me in this body shop (the car seems to have just come out of the dealership). I would like to thank everyone but especially Giovanni who made all this possible. If you want to find excellent coachbuilders, rely on them.

L	Luigi Cristiano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiedo un preventivo per una riparazione con polizza Kasko. Mi fanno la perizia e mi dicono di attendere che la compagnia autorizzi la riparazione. Segnalo che ho urgenza, ma mi dicono non dipendere da loro. Sollecito la mia compagnia assicurativa, che in 4 giorni (con il weekend di mezzo) autorizza la riparazione confermando gli importi. Chiamo autosicura e chiedo di fissare un appuntamento, ma mi dicono che se a me l'autorizzazione è arrivata oggi, a loro arriverà domani. Li richiamo io giorno dopo e mi dicono che la riparazione è autorizzata e che mi chiameranno loro per fissare un appuntamento. Rinnovo l'urgenza, ma mi dicono di attendere. Richiamo due giorni dopo, dato che nessuno si è più fatto vivo, e chiedo di fissare questo appuntamento. Mi rispondono che devono vedere quando hanno disponibilità e che per almeno 3 settimane sono pieni. Chiedo di fissare per la quarta settimana, ma mi rispondono che mi richiameranno fra 15 giorni. Ho mandato una mail, che hanno ignorato, e alla fine sono stato costretto a rivolgermi ad altra officina. Mai vista così poca voglia di lavorare e così scarsa attenzione per il cliente. I ask for a quote for a repair with Kasko policy. They do the appraisal and tell me to wait for the company to authorize the repair. I signal that I have urgency, but they tell me not to depend on them. I ask my insurance company, which in 4 days (with the weekend in between) authorizes the repair, confirming the amounts. I call autosicura and ask to make an appointment, but they tell me that if the authorization has arrived today, it will arrive tomorrow. I call them back the next day and they tell me that the repair is authorized and that they will call me to make an appointment. I renew the urgency, but they tell me to wait. I'll call back two days later, as no one has shown up anymore, and ask to make this appointment. They reply that they have to see when they have availability and that they are full for at least 3 weeks. I ask to fix for the fourth week, but they reply that they will call me back in 15 days. I sent an email, which they ignored, and in the end I was forced to go to another workshop. Never seen so little desire to work and so little attention for the customer.

Aggiungo: graffi sulle modanature, plastiche non fissate e danneggiate (saranno da sostituire), sensore luci esterne non ricollegato. Windshield replacement. Split grill and plastic out of place. I add: scratches on the moldings, plastic not fixed and damaged (they will need to be replaced), external light sensor not reconnected.
G	Gabriele Pozzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non fa mai piacere lasciare una recensione negativa, ma onestamente ci sono voluti due mesi per sostituire un parabrezza dopo che la pratica era stata approvata dalla società di leasing. Mai una risposta concreta alle chiamate di sollecito tanto che stavo per andare da un'altra carrozzeria. Il giorno del cambio chiedo cortesemente di farmi trovare nell'abitacolo il supporto in plastica del nuovo telepass, mi rispondono Ok ma alla sera scopro che ciò non è stato fatto e mi viene pure negato di poterlo recuperare perché il lavoro l'hanno fatto fare all'esterno. Spiace dirlo ma non ci tornerò e non lo raccomando. It's never a pleasure to leave a bad review, but honestly it took two months to replace a windshield after the practice was approved by the leasing company. Never a concrete answer to the reminder calls, so much so that I was about to go to another body shop. On the changeover day, I kindly ask to have the plastic support of the new telepass in the cockpit, they reply Ok but in the evening I discover that this has not been done and I am also denied to be able to recover it because the work was done by the 'external. Sorry to say but I will not go back and I do not recommend it.
