Non solo non Sono preparati....
Ma sono bravissimi..... per cambiare i pezzi con ovviamente un aumento dei costi.
Superlativi per accoglienza e cordialità... Naturalmente fittizia solo per arrivare al portafoglio.
Consigliatissima per chi ha tempo da perdere e ama sentire il CANTASTORIE.

But they are very good ..... to change the pieces with obviously an increase in costs.
Superlatives for hospitality and friendliness ... Of course fictitious just to get to the wallet.
Highly recommended for those who have time to waste and love to hear CANTASTORIE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza di un anno fà. Ho acquistato una Hyundai i 10. Il motore non funzionava bene e l'ho dovuta portare anche se in garanzia per ben 4 volte presso la loro officina. Libretto dell'auto in cecoslovacco (senza traduzione in italiano) perchè la macchina proveniva da quel paese. La cappelliera non c'era e mi hanno fregato alla consegna dell'auto dicendomi che quel modello non lo aveva (ma stiamo scherzando??) Richiesto il rimborso per la mancata cappelliera mi restituiscono una foglio stampato con una pseudo cappelliera e mi chiedono di ordinarlo su Ebay (preciso che la cappelliera da loro suggerita non era adatta all'auto acquistata ma apparteneva a un altro modello più antico) Dulcis in fundo mi hanno consegnato una sola chiave dopo diverse richieste e senza risposta l'ho dovuta duplicare. Una vergogna. Non lo consiglio assolutamente.
Bad experience a year ago. I bought a Hyundai i 10. The engine didn't work well and I had to bring it even if under warranty 4 times at their workshop. Vehicle registration certificate in Czechoslovakia (without translation into Italian) because the car came from that country. The hatbox was not there and they cheated me upon delivery of the car by telling me that that model did not have it (are we kidding?) Asked for a refund for the missing hatbox, they return me a printed sheet with a pseudo hatbox and ask me to order it on Ebay (I specify that the hatbox they suggested was not suitable for the car purchased but belonged to another older model) Last but not least they gave me only one key after several requests and without response I had to duplicate it. A shame. I absolutely do not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E' un'officina storica, anche carrozzeria I meccanici sono gentili e preparati. Pasquale offre la sua esperienza ed onesta rendendo l'officina una perla rara.Mi trovo bene ormai da anni é il mio meccanico.Consigliato.
It is a historic workshop, even the bodywork. The mechanics are kind and well prepared. Pasquale offers his experience and honesty making the workshop a rare pearl. I have been happy for years now he is my mechanic. Recommended.
