Ti suggeriscono la soluzione più economica anche senza impegno e non esci dal garage senza aver risolto il problema. Io ero rimasta bloccata in strada e sono venuti in loco per aiutarmi. Prezzi nella media.
Nice and friendly mechanics available and ready to solve any type of problem. Honest and transparent. They suggest the cheapest solution even without obligation and you don't leave the garage without having solved the problem. I was stuck in the street and they came to the site to help me. Average prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho portato l'auto a rifare i freni. non ha sostituito la pinza deteriorata di un freno così l'auto frena solo su tre ruote compromettendone la sicurezza. se frenavo ad alta velocità l'auto sarebbe girata su se stessa. fortuna che dopo due giorni ho bucato e il gommista si è accorto del problema. insomma scampato pericolo. altra cosa: mi ha messo pastiglie dei freni non nuove.

Beh, essendo una bella cifra in euro diciamo che non li ho in portafoglio...dico se posso pagare con carta di credito o assegno e mi dice "e ma così devo farle pagare l'IVA" va bene me la faccia pagare..."beh, allora le faccio tot con lo scontrino"...senza naturalmente dettagli sui pezzi cambiati, la manodopera etc..." quindi diciamo un po' furbetti....

Ha fatto preventivo con prezzo del ricambio originale che non era disponibile, mi accorgo, e mi rettifica il prezzo (probabilmente avrebbe messo su pezzo di concorrenza facendomenlo pagare come originale). Non toglie mezzo centesimo, rinfaccia il fatto che "deve perdere tempo per cercare i ricambi". Non è colpa di noi clienti se non hai un metodo agile e veloce per reperire i ricambi, se impieghi mezza giornata sono affari tuoi..che te la devo pagare io!?
Insomma ci prova sempre a fregarti

Qualsiasi altra officina mi alza le spalle o mi dice che come minimo devo spendere una cifra esorbitante per riaverla indietro dopo almeno una settimana. Loro sono stati gli unici a preventivarmi ben la metà di tutti gli altri e addirittura a garantirmi la consegna in soli due giorni. Cosa dire di più? GRAZIE
