Castellana, mi ha trattato malissimo, dicendo testualmente che "A me i clienti che pagano in contanti come lei non interessano, ci guadagno troppo poco". Così mi sono rivolto altrove, trovando ben altro trattamento.
Va detto che il servizio clienti di Autorigoldi, nella persona della signora Roberta, mi ha subito contattato per scusarsi dell'accaduto, dicendomi che non è nella politica aziendale rispondere così a un potenziale cliente, ed è sicuramente vero.
I wanted to buy a Fabia, and when I asked to be able to pay for it in cash, the seller, Mr. Castellana treated me very badly, saying verbatim that "I don't care about customers who pay in cash like you, I earn too little". So I turned elsewhere, finding quite another treatment.
It must be said that Autorigoldi's customer service, in the person of Mrs. Roberta, immediately contacted me to apologize for the incident, telling me that it is not in the company policy to respond in this way to a potential customer, and it is certainly true.
