Dopo essermi recato diverse volte con l'auto per un lieve intervento da effettuare sulla carrozzeria , dove è stato fotografato il problema molto lieve da una responsabile amministrativa , e sollecitato una data per consegnare l'auto con diverse telefonate e mail , mi è stato risposto che inizialmente il tecnico responsabile non era disponibile e successivamente che era impegnato .... Era passato quasi un mese... Saluti
