★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non mi è mai capitato di essere trattata così male in un locale. Prenoto. Arrivo e mi fanno accomodare in un tavolo. Dopo 5 minuti mi chiedono di spostarmi di tavolo. Devono arrivare altri clienti e io mi devo spostare. Faccio presente che il tavolo mi è stato da loro assegnato dopo prenotazione. Mi rispondono che non faranno più favori. Non spiegano quale favore avrebbero mai fatto ad un cliente che ha prenotato e che non si presenterà da loro mai più.
I have never been treated so badly in a club. I book. I arrive and they make me sit at a table. After 5 minutes they ask me to move from the table. More customers have to arrive and I have to move. I would like to point out that the table was assigned to me by them after booking. They tell me they won't do any more favors. They do not explain what a favor they would ever do to a customer who has booked and who will never show up to them again.
