Non ho trovato affatto un personale scortese ma persone disposte ad aiutarmi a scegliere la giusta pianta per un regalo. Sicuramente un luogo in cui ritornare e dove trovare un ottimo servizio e cordialità. A couple of reviews speak of rude staff and I had read them before entering this wonderful place. I have not found an unfriendly staff at all but people willing to help me choose the right plant for a gift. Definitely a place to return to and where to find excellent service and friendliness.

Ho pensato che, sollecitandoli, avrei ottenuto un riscontro... che sciocca che sono stata a pensare che qualcuno rispondesse, dopo 3 mesi! Mi congratulo per la maleducazione, la superficialità e la noncuranza che riservate ai vostri clienti. Io non vi contatterò nemmeno quando sarete l’unico negoIo di fiori di Milano (mi auguro che questo non accada mai) e metterò in guardia tutte le persone che mi parleranno di voi. I contacted Offfi Milano in the middle of the quarantine (precisely on May 8th) through the telephone number they provide on all social channels. I contacted Offfi Milano in the hope that someone would answer. The message was displayed immediately, but today is July 12th and I have never received a reply. I thought that, by soliciting them, I would get a response ... what a fool that I was thinking that someone answered after 3 months! I congratulate you on the rudeness, superficiality and carelessness you reserve for your customers. I will not even contact you when you are the only flower shop in Milan (I hope this will never happen) and I will warn all the people who will tell me about you.
