Hanno riconvertito la scuola con lezione on line, in streaming, cosa che mi ha permesso di frequentarle visto che non abito vicino alla sede. Era tempo che andavo cercando un luogo e soprattutto delle persone serie, esperte e “centrate” che fossero capaci di non essere “freak”, ma semplicemente professionali al punto da accompagnarmi, pian piano, nell’apprendimento di una disciplina che volevo conoscere e praticare. E in più, poi, ho scoperto che quelle stesse persone erano calde, accoglienti e piacevolissime. Mi mancano perché nella distanza di questi tempi davvero sento la mancanza di poter varcare la soglia di quel luogo. Aspetto. Yoga Space was for me the concrete fulfillment of a desire. Tanti stili di yoga diversi proposti per venire incontro ai diversi livelli di esperienza ma anche per assecondare i diversi mood in cui ci si può trovare a seconda del momento. Percorsi tematici (la cosa che mi piace di più), sempre diversi e ben studiati che aiutano ad approfondire la pratica (anche oltre il tappetino) e a progredire con dolcezza verso nuovi asana, sfidanti ma sempre "adattabili" per tutti. Seguo le lezioni sia in streaming, sia in studio (studio tra l'altro adorabile e in cui si respira un'aria cozy e amichevole) e devo dire proprio: bravi! Talented, kind and inclusive teachers, each with their own distinctive approach and extreme care and attention towards the students. Many different yoga styles proposed to meet the different levels of experience but also to accommodate the different moods in which you can find yourself depending on the moment. Thematic paths (the thing I like best), always different and well studied that help to deepen the practice (even beyond the mat) and to progress gently towards new asanas, challenging but always "adaptable" for everyone. I follow the lessons both in streaming and in the studio (studio, among other things, adorable and where you can breathe a cozy and friendly air) and I must say: good!
