Avete presente quella famosa ed ottima aggiungerei tipologia di attrezzi quasi a catena (diciamo che sono la loro evoluzione )da veri e propri body builder?ecco si trovano alla fitness Club( io li preferisco). La palestra non è molto piena quindi ci si riesce ad allenare con tranquillità (anche il lunedì alle 19!!) Ovviamente i problemi non mancano: sauna non funziona , docce vecchiotte , un po' di infiltrazioni a destra e sinistra (però è pulitissima !!) The gym is what it used to be. Do you know the famous and excellent one, I would add the type of almost chain tools (let's say they are their evolution) as real body builders? Here they are at the Fitness Club (I prefer them). The gym is not very full so you can train quietly (even on Monday at 19 !!) Obviously there is no lack of problems: sauna does not work, old showers, a bit of infiltration on the right and left (but it is very clean! !)

Ottima atmosfera “famigliare”, personale gentile, disponibile e sorridente. La struttura è un po’ vecchiotta e le macchine hanno davvero parecchi anni ma ci sono tutte e quindi si lavora bene. Ho trovato però davvero scomodi gli spogliatoi che sono sotto di un piano (a-1) rispetto alle docce che hanno i soffioni da cambiare assolutamente. Comunque se non si hanno pretese questa palestra è perfetta per allenarsi in un ambiente tranquillo e sereno. Sono disponibili anche diversi corsi (Zumba, Yoga, Pilates, Spinning, TRX, etc…) e per chi come me si allena al mattino o comunque entro le ore 17 esiste abbonamento annuale light per la sola sala pesi a 250 euro (davvero poco!). Bravi! During this week I did some training during the lunch break taking advantage of the OPEN WEEK. Excellent "family" atmosphere, friendly, helpful and smiling staff. The structure is a bit old and the machines are really several years old but they are all there and therefore we work well. However, I found the changing rooms that are below a floor (a-1) really uncomfortable compared to the showers that have the shower heads to be changed absolutely. However, if you are unpretentious, this gym is perfect for training in a quiet and peaceful environment. Several courses are also available (Zumba, Yoga, Pilates, Spinning, TRX, etc ...) and for those like me who train in the morning or in any case by 5pm there is an annual light subscription for the weight room only at 250 euros (very little! ). Well done!

Staff available and present. Instructor present in the room. Competitive prices. The only flaw is the tools in the weight room: they need a refresh.

Ambiente molto bello , ognuno si sente come a casa propria, pulizia , professionalità, ragazza super top alla reception. Top gym, you can train and return to inform, sculpt your body as you want. Very nice environment, everyone feels at home, cleanliness, professionalism, super top girl at the reception.
M	Marco De Angelis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consiglio vivamente di rimanere il più possibile distanti da questa palestra, personale scorretto (specialmente il proprietario, ai limiti della truffa), palestra mediocre con servizi mediocri, tutto accompagnato da un'incompetenza nell'imprenditoria da parte del proprietario in quanto non sa essere disponibile e trasparente con i propri clienti. Contatti email e telefonici non reperibili che risultano inesistenti, personalmente penso non ci sia bisogno di dire altro ... I highly recommend staying as far away from this gym as possible, unfair staff (especially the owner, bordering on scam), mediocre gym with mediocre services, all accompanied by incompetence in entrepreneurship on the part of the owner as he does not know how to be available and transparent with its customers. Email and telephone contacts not available that are non-existent, personally I think there is no need to say more ...
m	melissa djordjevic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La sede in centro è fallita e non hanno risarcito i loro clienti, ma la cosa peggiore è che non sono stati cristallini fingendo che avrebbero riaperto. Non credo sia corretto comportarsi in tale maniera, hanno offerto in sostituzione il servizio in sede a lambrate, per una persona che vive e lavora in zona navigli risulta complesso recarsi fino a lambrate. Credo che il proprietario ( che è lo stesso ) si sarebbe dovuto comportare in modo più onesto. The downtown venue went bankrupt and they didn't compensate their customers, but the worst part was they weren't crystal clear pretending they would reopen. I do not think it is correct to behave in this way, they offered the service in place in lambrate instead, for a person who lives and works in the navigli area it is complex to go to lambrate. I think the owner (who is the same) should have behaved more honestly.
