In questi anni mi hanno rimesso in sesto, insegnandomi a convivere con il mio corpo e ad ascoltarlo quando le cose non vanno! Ho avuto l'opportunità di lavorare con diversi professionisti dello studio, tutti bravi, preparati e attenti non solo alla cura dei movimenti, ma proprio alle mie esigenze e alle mie peculiarità. Impagabile. Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti coloro che vogliono ritrovare armonia e equilibrio e a coloro che pensano che il pilates sia un'attività per "mammollette" .... vi stupirà! I have been studying for several years. The atmosphere is welcoming and pleasant and the professionalism of the instructors is truly remarkable. In these years they have put me back on track, teaching me to live with my body and to listen to it when things are not going well! I had the opportunity to work with different studio professionals, all good, prepared and attentive not only to taking care of the movements, but precisely to my needs and my peculiarities. Priceless. I highly recommend it to all those who want to find harmony and balance and to those who think that pilates is an activity for "mammollette" .... will amaze you!

L' ubicazione é comoda e ben servita dai mezzi; gli orari sono pensati per soddisfare tutte le esigenze, l'igiene e la pulizia sono uno dei fiori all'occhiello dello studio e, visto che si fa attivitá sportiva, assolutamente indispensabili. Marina ed il suo staff sono attentissimi alle singole esigenze e problematiche fisiche dei loro clienti e mi hanno sempre garantito un valido e seria lavoro personalizzato anche se in lezioni di gruppo. Marina è una persona speciale, tutti sono molto competenti e preparati, l'ambiente è dotato di tutte le attrezzature che servono ed è molto pulito. Tanta gentilezza, una vera coccola! La preparazione è la professionalità sono ottime tanto che ho ripreso appena è stato possibile. Consigliatissimo! I followed the courses for four years then unfortunately there was the covid! The preparation and professionalism are excellent so much so that I started again as soon as possible. Highly recommended!
