★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gli "avanzati sportelli cardless" permettono solo il versamento e non il prelievo. Stessa situazione più di due mesi fa e non li hanno ancora aggiustati.
The "advanced cardless counters" only allow deposits and not withdrawals. Same situation over two months ago and they haven't fixed them yet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ora stanno rifacendo la filiale e vedremo. Mai successo da nessuna parte che il bancomat sia o fuori servizio o si impalli mentre lo usi come qui. In generale quando entri fanno di tutto per disinteressarsi. "Chiami il servizio clienti", "usi la app", basta che te ne vai insomma questo il concetto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono almeno 10 anni che ho un conto su CheBanca. Sempre trovato bene sia in filiale che al telefono e naturalmente anche su web.
Forse non a tutti può piacere l'assenza delle 'vecchie' casse modello Poste ma anche altri istituti come Sanpaolo le stanno finalmente togliendo.
In questa particolare filiale ho trovato eccellente cortesia e professionalità nella Sig.na Colombaro per quanto riguarda la proposta e la gestione di investimenti.
P.s.: ho letto alcuni post negativi e quindi mi sono informato; il direttore è cambiato pochi mesi fa. Forse questo fa la differenza.
I have had an account on CheBanca for at least 10 years. Always found well both in the branch and on the phone and of course also on the web.
Perhaps not everyone can like the absence of the 'old' Poste model cash registers, but other institutions such as Sanpaolo are also finally removing them.
In this particular branch I have found excellent courtesy and professionalism in Miss Colombaro as regards the proposal and management of investments.
P.s .: I read some negative posts and then I inquired; the manager changed a few months ago. Maybe this makes a difference.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a customer in CheBanca since 2015 and I have been in this office to add my new address and new surname! None of them was able to speak English and the senior guy took me to his office and told me this bank is for Italians and you need to close your account.
"THIS BANK IS NOT FRIENDLY WITH FOREIGNERS"
I came back home and called the customer care and send them all my documents scanned and the problem was solved.
Non sono molto amichevoli se sei "STRANIERO"
