Solo una volta mi ha risposto una persona, ma per qualche ragione non mi sentiva e abbiamo dovuto riagganciare. Insomma alla fine ho continuato a chiamare senza ottenere il risultato. In "quattro e quattr'otto" hanno risolto il mio problema. Grazie. Magari un giorno riaprirò un conto qui da loro? Mi hanno fornito delle informazioni errate, trattandomi con scortesia e dicendomi che non potevano effettuare un’operazione (darmi un nuovo bancomat dopo che l’avevo smarrito…) perché poteva solo essere fatta nel mio luogo di residenza, dove si trova la mia filiale di riferimento. Sono poi stata in un’altra sede sempre a Milano (zona Moscova) dove chi mi ha assistito era interdetto su quanto accaduto… Mi sono state fornite inoltre altre informazioni errate su altri aspetti. Per non parlare del fatto che è impossibile contattarli telefonicamente. Il mio consiglio è di recarvi in altre filiali.
