A	Antonina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho lavorato presso la Synergie Posso affermare quanto segue: Cercano dei ragazzini da pagare poco o niente, cosi come a me sta capitando con tanto di foto che metterò a disposizione, sfruttano sia le aziende che chiedono il loro contributo che lavoratori, minacciano di farti pagare una multa se non vai a lavorare, anche se trovano un sostituto. comunque devi pagare la giornata a loro di lavoro come ad esempio: quel giorno che mi si è fermata la macchina mi hanno minacciato che dovevo pagare una multa. Ho concluso con loro perché hanno trovato tutte le scuse per non pagarmi un giorno di lavoro, malgrado prove, screenshot nonché e-mail inviata il giorno stabilito da loro (1 gennaio 2020) che mi tornava indietro perché avevano la casella postale forse piena, hanno voluto conferma dall’hotel. ma il giorno che sono mancata lo hanno subito saputo!!! ARRROGANTI SEMPRE. Più volte ho detto che vivo distante e alcuni orari per me erano impossibili dando la mia piena disponibilità per qualsiasi altro turno e continuamente come se non li avessi avvertiti mi proponevano orari assurdi addirittura più di una volta hanno proposto turni di 14 o 15 ore continuati senza pausa addirittura per capodanno orario indefinito per una paga di 200 euro (che ho ovviamente rifiutato).Ho lavorato un giorno a dicembre e mi pagano a febbraio....vergogna Questa è la Synergie Italia! Il mio consiglio? Several times I said that I live far away and some times were impossible for me giving my full availability for any other shift and continuously as if I had not warned them they proposed absurd times even more than once they proposed shifts of 14 or 15 hours continued without break even for New Years indefinite hours for a pay of 200 euros (which I obviously refused). I worked one day in December and they pay me in February .... shame This is Synergie Italia! My advice? If they should call you not to go, because they are vultures, obviously I will hide names of the staff who worked with me and the structure

Ci siamo sentite e viste per un lavoro come commessa presso un centro commerciale, mi ha fatto fare 2 colloqui, stava organizzando il terzo, quello finale, al che non si è più fatta sentire. Ho provato a mandarle mail e a chiamarla, ma non mi ha più risposto! Serietà sotto allo 0, 1 stella è anche troppo da dargli! Per un’altra offerta addirittura mi chiesero di andare in comune a richiedere un documento, ma scherziamo? Mrs. Elena, very bad! V	Viola G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsiglio completamente. Mi sono trovata malissimo, annunci continui e infiniti, non ti chiamano mai nemmeno per sbaglio. Solo una volta sono stata chiamata e il posto era pessimo e sottopagato. Non si informano sull’azienda, ti mandano allo sbaraglio, (l’azienda dove ero stata mandata nemmeno sapeva che dovevo iniziare da loro!) e se mai ti dovresti trovare male in un “posto di lavoro”, non ti aiutano più a trovare altri lavori! Spariscono fregandosene altamente! Nonostante ti chiedono di fare l’iscrizione all’agenzia. Davvero sconsigliata. I do not recommend completely. M	MaVin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo alla sede di Via Restelli devo mettere una sola stella perché sono stato contattato da una signora (Roberta) che poi è sparita nel mezzo di uno scambio di Email. Ho provato a richiamare, ma si è negata tre volte (la faccio richiamare, è occupata al telefono, la chiama appena torna). Ho inviato un’altra Email per chiedere delucidazioni ma non ho avuto alcun riscontro. Direi un comportamento poco serio e poco professionale. Spero che le altre sedi siano più serie. Unfortunately, I have to put a single star in the Via Restelli office because I was contacted by a lady (Roberta) who then disappeared in the middle of an email exchange. I tried to call back, but she denied herself three times (I make her call back, she is busy on the phone, calls her as soon as she comes back). I sent another email to ask for clarification but I have not received any feedback. I would say unprofessional and unprofessional behavior. I hope the other locations are more serious.
