In questo si vede la serietà di una società.... AVOID !!!! Ho diversi prestiti in collection da tempo, per fortuna di importi bassi e nonostante aver contattato l'assistenza non mi è stato chiaro quando mi verranno rimborsati. Tra l'altro, in passato visualizzavo i nickname a cui prestavo e adesso non più. Il fondo a tutela dei depositi, mi pare di aver capito che è stato esaurito da tempo pur dovendoci io rientrare, l'assistenza non mi risponde in modo esaustivo (tanto che gliene frega, mica sono soldi loro!). Quindi consiglio di starne alla larga, e spero che vengano fatti gli opportuni controlli!!!! Cambierei volentieri la presente recensione se ricevessi gli opportuni chiarimenti, e, se può essere utile rispondete pure alla presente. Come suggerimento costruttivo, quello di far partecipare più attivamente chi presta denaro a decidere a chi prestare, oltre al nickname che adesso non visualizzo più, faccio presente che non ho mai saputo i nominativi a cui ho prestato. Dopo un'attenta revisione dei documenti, mi sono reso conto che il tasso proposto nel contratto era diverso di quanto mi aspettavo. Mi aspettavo un 4% e il contratto riporta un TAN di 9%. Non voglio cambiare niente perche' ho firmato il contratto, ma questo cambiamento è passatto inosservato nel marasmo della firma dei documenti. Trovo allucinante che si possano cambiare le condizioni tra la proposta iniziale e finale in un modo cosi repentino e senza lasciare tracce chiare, e sconsiglio il servizio a meno di avere una lente gigante su ogni documento proposto, anche sotto stress di firma.
