Chi vi ha aperto il conto, deve operare a 1,5km in un'altra filiale...
La fatica (...pp che non funziona, sito che dice A, personale che dice B...) per "ottenere" un appuntamento é inversamente proporzionale alla leggerezza con la quale il medesimo ti viene cancellato.
Un'ora prima dell'orario previsto.
Semplicemente marziani.

The effort (... pp that does not work, site that says A, staff that says B ...) to "get" an appointment is inversely proportional to the lightness with which it is canceled.
One hour before the scheduled time.

Se entri, ti chiedono perché lo fai.
Spieghi che l'App non funziona, che hai una urgenza, che alla nemmen prossima filiale (con cassa) alla quali ti fanno andare NON ricevono senza appuntamento.
Spieghi che è bnl.com stessa a scriverti per mail che per operazioni di cassa NON é necessario appuntamento.
Ti lamenti....
...ed il personale stesso BNL ti invita a chiudere il conto.
Branch without cash, but with doors to the street.
If you enter, they ask you why you do it.
You explain that the App does not work, that you have an urgency, that not even the next branch (with cash desk) to which they make you go will NOT receive without an appointment.
You explain that it is bnl.com itself to write you by email that an appointment is NOT required for cash transactions.
You complain....
... and the BNL staff invites you to close the account.
