Ho pagato 25€ per sapere che la scheda elettronica era rotta, ma che era irreparabile perché il pezzo non era disponibile. Dopo 1 minuto su Internet, ho trovato la parte per la sostituzione su un gran numero di siti web. Hanno preferito tenersi i 25€ del preventivo piuttosto che effettuare la riparazione. Non professionisti, da evitare assolutamente ! It took 2 weeks (not 1 as promised) to get a diagnosis on an iron. I paid 25 € to know that the electronic board was broken, but that was irreparable because the piece was not available. After 1 minute on the internet, I found the replacement part on a large number of websites. They preferred to keep the 25 € of the estimate rather than carry out the repair. Sono alquanto sbrigativi e poco predisposti a fornire eventuali aiuti qualora si dovessero presentare problemi successivi al servizio reso anche se, forse, non strettamente correlato allo stesso. Fatto sta che formalmente sono collaborativi nel momento in cui effettuano il servizio, effettivamente, poi..sbrigatevela da soli... Il tempo è denaro, non sia mai un aiuto a prescindere da questo. Troppo impegnativo. Si può capire, ma per quanto mi riguarda, si può lavorare diversamente. The prices are not competitive and not suitable for the services rendered.
